Executive Leadership Team
Jeff Clyman, M.D.
Chief Medical Information Officer
Dr. Jeff Clyman leads the team that designs the algorithms that form the foundation of RHI. These algorithms—clinical, business and messaging rules—identify gaps in care and opportunities for more affordable care for each member. Through this work, RHI reduces the cost of care and improves health care services. Dr. Clyman oversees algorithm conception and design, specification development, rule instantiation and production releases.
The Clinical team working with Dr. Clyman comprises physicians, advanced clinical information analysts and health informaticists. His team also conducts data forensics through a series of probes into claims and other medical records.
Dr. Clyman is board certified in Internal Medicine. He brings 30 years of combined experience practicing clinical medicine and informatics, focusing on health care information systems. He has worked as director of clinical computing for medical affairs at Yale-New Haven Medical Center, and has held positions with health care information technology vendors, such as TDS Healthcare Systems and QuadraMed, serving as senior architect of physician applications.
Dr. Clyman holds a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, an MD degree from Jefferson Medical College and an MPH degree from the University of California.

Mr. McCluskey leads the team that identifies specific members who can benefit from medical cost management and clinical outreach, and those who have cost of care opportunities. He brings forth new capabilities to meet business needs for our customers and business partners.
Prior to joining RHI, Mr. McCluskey spent more than 16 years in senior continuous improvement roles in global settings in medical device, real-estate investment and semiconductor industries.
